Allow CopyTrans to access your iPod

Before you connect your iPod to the computer, close iTunes (if opened) and open CopyTrans . To do so, go to the CopyTrans Control Center, in the Start menu (Start menu -> Programs -> CopyTrans Suite -> CopyTrans Control Center) and click on CopyTrans.

Connect your iPod to the computer

As said hereabove, CopyTrans protects your iPod against unwanted detections and synchronizations of your iPod with an empty or incomplete iTunes library. Therefore, once CopyTrans is open, you can safely connect your iPod to your computer.

CopyTrans should detect your iPod automatically and display its content. If your iPod is not automatically detected, select it from the "Select iPod" menu.
